Moving can be stressful and our cleaners can handle all of the deep cleaning that needs to be done to make your home shine.  A move in/out cleaning consists of everything. Property Maid will always provide equipment and cleaning supplies needed at no extra charge.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any area your Property Maid team has cleaned, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of the service. We will re-clean the area at no additional charge.

Bathrooms

Scrub and disinfect bathroom floors; Scrub and disinfect toilet, clean bathtub and shower, tile around the tub, sink, door and fixtures; clean the inside of medicine cabinet; wipe all counters; clean mirrors, wipe all boards and door frame.

General

Wash all vinyl and tile floors;

All carpeting is vacuumed and edge-vacuumed; All trash removed from the premises. Clean all blinds; Clean all light fixtures; Haul away all garbage.

Kitchen

Clean inside/outside all kitchen cabinets; Clean inside/outside of oven; Clean inside/outside microwave; Wash inside/outside of dishwasher; clean inside/outside fridge; Damp wipe all kitchen countertops;
