Our services are priced based on numerous factors including home size and age, lifestyle, pets, special cleaning needs, family size, and cleaning frequency. We will work with you to determine your exact home cleaning needs and finalize the pricing for your maid service.

Our Guarantee:
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any area your Property Maid team has cleaned, we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of the service. We will re-clean the area at no additional charge.

We will provide all of the cleaning supplies at no additonal cost.
The cleaning supplies are specific to your home and provided at no additional cost to you -- not only are they sanitized after each cleaning, but they are NEVER used in another client's home!
